Scotland trip

So, after some drama on the way over to Edinburgh (Meredith and Jenny missed their second flight... and I had no idea when they were getting in.  Ahh!), we all made it safely!  Yesterday we went on a tour of the Highlands... which of course included Loch Ness!  Naturally, she came out to see us, and here are the pictures to prove it! :)

Tonight is the big New Year's Eve party... Hogmanay!  It's seriously nuts here!  So many people.  They say around 60,000 people come in for it, and I feel like I've seen at least 40,000 of them so far.  We're going to party it up tonight, then catch a train down to London tomorrow morning.  Woo-hoo!

Finals...

It's time to study for finals!  I can't believe that I'm at this point in my life again.  I have no idea what I'm doing!  But finals start on Wednesday, and will be over next Thursday.  Then I get to fly home!  So, as you can imagine, I won't be posting anything on here for a while since I should be studying and freaking out.  I'm definitely looking forward to it all being over, and getting to head home to see my family.  And drink some Diet Big Red, of course. Woo-hoo!

Just a quick video of the snow from my window.  It's snowed about 4 or 5 inches here... which is a ton for Scotland!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

It has been snowing here for the past couple of days!  Everything is so pretty, white, and beautiful!  They also just opened up the Christmas Markets... which is literally right now the stairs from my building.  Mulled wine and tasty treats are just steps away!

Rugby!

I went to my first rugby match last weekend.  It was so much fun!  I will definitely try to get to another match before the season is over.  It was typical Scottish weather -- cold and rainy!  But we still had fun.  Scotland won!  So that was definitely a bonus.
