We have some characters here in Scotland. Every time you walk down the street, some statue has a cone added to it. I have to say, it kind of makes you smile in the morning to see this guy...
and this fine gentleman... (tiny cone, but the statue is really high up there)
...and my personal favorite. Can you see the second cone? I'm easily amused. :)
